Champlain is a luxury coastal-preppy menswear label with an old-money European sensibility. They needed a Fall 2026 style guide and lookbook — the same mature male model, consistent across garments, colorways, and unique different environments — with the production polish of a location shoot and none of the cost.
A traditional shoot for this scope means a booked model, three locations, a stylist, wardrobe logistics across multiple looks, and days of studio time. Champlain wanted the output without the overhead.
01 / Challenge
Champlain needed a Fall 2026 lookbook — one mature male model, consistent across garments, colorways, and unique different environments — with the polish of a location shoot and none of the cost.
02 / Approach
Every frame was produced as an AI photoshoot on a strict KEEP/CHANGE prompt system that locks the model's identity and pose while swapping garments, colorways, and settings. Aesthetic direction was recalibrated toward refined old-money European mid-project and absorbed without a reshoot.
03 / Outcome
A complete camera-free seasonal style guide — consistent model, multiple garments and colorways, unique different environments (grand villa doorway, golden-hour Mediterranean marina, country-club setting) — delivered at a fraction of a location production and revisable without reshoots.
